Overview
At Nuchoice Health Partners (NuChoice Home Care) we are seeking Personal Care Assistants to join our agency. The ideal candidate will assist with daily living for patients in the patients home.

Responsibilities 

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing and toileting
• Meal preparations and cooking
• Medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Help patients with mobility exercises
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Documenting tasks completed and time in and out
