Position Summary

We’re looking for a people-savvy, detail-oriented Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in bringing new talent into our agency and ensuring a smooth start for every hire.

Responsibilities

• Will need to travel to other areas and counties to conduct interviews and orientations as needed (1–2 days a week). Travel will be reimbursed.
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for caregiver and office roles
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Guide candidates through the hiring process from interview to start date
• Collect and track required onboarding documents
• Ensure new hires are fully compliant and ready for orientation
• Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them engaged and informed
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to meet staffing goals

Qualifications

• Office experience is required
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Tech-savvy and confident with email, scheduling, and document management
• Friendly, professional, and able to read people well during interviews
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
